Despatch All online payment orders will be despatched within one working day of the order being received. Orders paid by cheque will be despatched on clearance of funds. Returns Policy & Guarantee In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order for CDs at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the CDs. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, please contact The Arab Quarter so that arrangements can be made for the return and replacement of the product at no cost.
